This page explains what information is collected when you register for The Tea Partee's free live gathering, how it's used, and the choices you have. We keep this simple on purpose — no fine print designed to confuse you.

What we collect

When you register, we collect the information you enter on the form:

Your first name
Your email address
Your phone number, only if you choose to provide it

We don't collect payment information, government ID numbers, or any other sensitive personal data through this page.

How we use it

To send you the confirmation, reminder emails, and event details for the gathering you registered for.
To send you text reminders about the event, but only if you provided a phone number — providing it is always optional, and doing so means you agree to receive those texts. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them.
To follow up with occasional related updates about future gatherings or opportunities. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in any email we send.

We do not sell your information to advertisers or other third parties, and we don't use it for anything beyond what's described here.

Tools we use to run this

Your registration is processed through a small set of third-party tools that help us run the event: a scheduling and reminders platform, an automation tool that connects our registration form to that platform, and a video conferencing service that hosts the live call. Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data on our behalf, and we only share the minimum information needed for them to do their job — your name, email, and phone number if provided.

How long we keep it

We keep registration information for as long as needed to communicate with you about this and future gatherings, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop receiving emails.
Contact us (below) at any time to ask what information we have about you or to request it be deleted.
